Fourseat Sentinel

Your inbox,
triaged by the board.

Sentinel is the proactive layer of Fourseat. Every morning it reads your inbound, prioritises what matters, and delivers a single Daily Decision Briefing with a board-level verdict on every item worth your time.

Four steps from inbox
to decided.

Sentinel runs once a day (or on demand). Every inbound is scored, routed, and pressure-tested by the four-advisor panel. You wake up to a brief, not a backlog.

01
Ingest
Connect Gmail and (soon) Slack. Sentinel only reads inbound threads you haven’t archived — never sends on your behalf.
02
Score
Every message gets a priority (P0–P3), a category (Legal, Finance, Ops…), and a recommended action (Reply, Schedule, Archive).
03
Debate
Strategy, Finance, Technology and a Contrarian advisor each weigh in. Blind spots are surfaced from your Fourseat Memory.
04
Brief
One clean Markdown brief lands in your inbox. Forward it, paste it into Slack, or archive it. That’s the whole ritual.

Your Monday morning,
rewritten.

Before Sentinel

One hour scrolling, nothing decided.

  • 312 unread threads, 11 actually urgent.
  • Three context switches before your first coffee.
  • A term sheet buried under a cold sales pitch.
  • Silence on things that actually need a reply.
  • You end up replying from the gut, not the board.
With Sentinel

One brief, five decisions, done.

  • Top 5 items, ranked P0 to P3, with context.
  • A Chair verdict with risks and next steps.
  • Blind spots surfaced from your own Memory.
  • Archive noise with one tap, forward briefs to your team.
  • You decide before 9am, not during lunch.

What you’ll actually
get each morning.

A board-style briefing with the items you need to act on, the ones to batch, and the noise filtered out.

Every P0 gets a
four-way debate.

Each advisor reads the thread independently, then reconvenes for a final Chair verdict. Here’s what they said about the Acme Capital term sheet.

Strategy
Strong strategic fit. Acme’s network unlocks enterprise distribution we can’t build in 12 months. Tighten board rights before counter.
Finance
$20M pre implies 4x of trailing ARR — defensible. Decline the ratchet, keep 1x non-participating preferred, negotiate pro rata.
Technology
No integration or IP commitments in the draft. Safe from a product roadmap standpoint. Flag: data-handling clause needs SOC 2 language.
Contrarian
Why is the IC closing Friday? Urgency is a negotiation tactic. You have leverage — a quieter competing offer from last month is still warm.

The honest
answers.

Does Sentinel read all my email?

Only the inbound you haven’t archived. It ignores sent mail, drafts, and anything in folders you exclude. You can revoke access any time from Google or your workspace admin.

Can Sentinel reply or send messages?

No. Sentinel is read-only by design. It surfaces what needs a reply and drafts suggested language — you stay the sender.

Where does the data live?

Threads are processed in-session and summaries are stored encrypted in your Fourseat workspace. Nothing is used for training and nothing leaves your workspace unless you forward it.

What if the AI gets it wrong?

Every verdict ships with a confidence score and the full advisor debate. You can one-tap reprioritise or mark items resolved. Corrections feed your Memory so next week’s brief is sharper.

When does Sentinel launch for everyone?
