This policy covers fourseat.dev and the Fourseat platform, operated by Fourseat, Inc. It describes what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

1. What we collect
From this website: the name, email address, company, and message you submit through the contact form, plus basic operational logs such as IP address and timestamps that we need to run the site and limit abuse. There is no advertising or cross-site tracking on this website.
From the platform, for customers: the workspace data an agent needs in order to do the work you have configured, along with a record of the actions it took and the reasoning behind them.
2. Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, to deliver and support the service, to keep it reliable and secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not send marketing email to addresses submitted through the contact form beyond the reply to your message.
3. Processors
We use a small set of vendors to operate the service, including hosting, email delivery, and AI model providers. Each is bound by contract to process data only on our instructions and not to train on it. We will name the current list on request.
4. Retention
Contact enquiries are kept for as long as the conversation is active and then removed. Customer workspace data is retained for the life of the agreement, or for the shorter period you configure.
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data under GDPR, CCPA, or similar laws. Email privacy@fourseat.dev and we will act on the request and confirm when it is done.
6. Changes
If this policy changes materially, the updated version will be posted here with a new date at the top, and customers will be notified directly.
