At Fourseat, we take your privacy seriously. By using the service, you acknowledge the practices described below.

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We do not allow third parties to use your personal data to train AI models.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.

1. Data we collect

Account details (email), your hourly wage if you choose to save it, the product links you share and the verdicts generated for them, waitlist submissions, and basic operational logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. How we use data

To provide the core product (fetching product pages, running the debate, saving your history), to improve reliability, to detect abuse, and to send account emails such as sign-in links. If you join the waitlist, we will email you about the launch.

3. Processors and vendors

We use Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and authentication), and AI model providers including Anthropic, Cerebras, and NVIDIA to process requests for service delivery. Product details from links you share are sent to these model providers to generate the verdict.

4. Security

Encryption in transit, row level security on all user data, strict access controls, request validation, and rate limiting on sensitive endpoints.

5. Retention and deletion

We retain data for as long as your account exists or as needed to run the service. Request full deletion by emailing hello@fourseat.dev; deleting your account removes your profile and intervention history.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data under GDPR, CCPA, or similar privacy laws. Email us and we will honor them.
