These Terms of Service govern your use of Fourseat (fourseat.dev), operated by Fourseat, Inc. By using the service you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Fourseat analyzes product pages you share and generates AI commentary about the purchase. Verdicts are generated by large language models and may be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Fourseat is a decision-support tool: it is not financial advice, and the final decision about any purchase is always yours.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping access to your email secure, since sign-in links are delivered there.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Fourseat to scrape or attack third-party websites, to circumvent rate limits, to reverse engineer the service, or to submit content that is unlawful. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service: fetching the product pages you share, running the analysis, and storing your history if you have an account.

5. Disclaimers

The service is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. Product prices and details are scraped from third-party pages and may be inaccurate. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fourseat, Inc. is not liable for purchase decisions made with or without the service, or for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or discontinue the service. Material changes will be posted on this page. You may delete your account at any time by emailing hello@fourseat.dev.
